We are the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange & Chatham Counties, established in 1962, a non-profit trade association affiliated with the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders, representing our members of the building industry. Service to our members is our primary emphasis, including offering resources which will help our members conduct their businesses with confidence and professionalism. |

More than 80% of the residential construction in Durham, Orange, & Chatham Counties is done by our members. The fact that they are members of their professional organization says that they want to be informed about the latest trends in their industry, that they intend to be leaders in providing quality housing and that they are willing to invest in their industry and their community to make it better for everyone.
