HBA Officers

Andy is the president of Krichco Construction Inc. a full service general contracting firm established in 1989 and licensed to build commercial and residential projects of unlimited scope.  Krichco Construction specializes in building new high quality custom homes as well as whole house renovations, additions, and modernizations. Andy has served multiple terms as a board member of the HBA DOC before taking over the President's role in 2013.

Andy has also served as the President of The Bull City Business Leaders, and President of the Burnin' Water Ski and Board Club. He holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University .

Julie started working at the HBA in 1998 and before that, worked in the marketing department of a large new home builder company.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!), she is also a life long resident of the Triangle. She is married to Steve Carrow and they have 3 boys, Cameron, Jack and Carter (CJ).

Frank began working at the HBADOC in February 2006 and has been working in trade associations for over 14 years.  Most of that time has been spent in various aspects of the housing industry including site-built, manufactured and modular homes in North Carolina and Maryland.

His trade association experience includes communication, membership and government relations.

Frank has a BA in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from North Carolina State University and a certificate in non-profit management from Duke University.

Frank and his wife Sarah have one son, William.

Lynn joined the HBA in 2010 after working several years with Southern Shows. A native of Akron, Ohio, Lynn is married to Doug and has four children. She went to Bauder College in Florida with a BA in Interior Design. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, music, and anything with her kids.

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a BS in Recreation, Tourism & Hospitality Management with a concentration in Commercial Recreation/Event Planning as well as minors in Business Administration and Communication Studies.
